Higher resoltion compatability

My laptop is pretty low resolution (1366 x 768, the game is 1280 x 720), and just under a year ago, I started working on a game project. I gathered some playtesters to help out, but I've noticed that on higher resolutions, there is some tearing. Not screen tearing (vsync is enabled) but rather stretched out objects. Transparent lines or misplaced entire groups of pixels on the screen. I've especially noticed that text is most impacted. The text is scaled up exponentially, and the pixels are seperated. There's a settings menu in the game, and I was thinking that maybe some system actions for events could provide certain optimisations, like toggling vsync or changing the fullscreen quality. Maybe, if possible, toggling anti-aliasing.

Construct already has comprehensive features to cover a wide range of display sizes conveniently, and many are described in this tutorial: https://www.construct.net/en/tutorials/supporting-multiple-screen-17

It's not clear from this suggestion what you are doing exactly or what the exact suggestion is, and perhaps it is a mistake in your project. Consider posting to the forum for general help with handling different resolutions.
