Changing x and y by an amount instead of setting it to a certain place!

So, you know how you can set X and Y to a certain place? Well, I'm trying to do a project that I want a different thing I want it so when you hit a certain object it will increase or decrease X or Y by a set amount. i have searched every position thing on your site to see if there is something like that but i have only found Hard positioning. please consider this. (First time writing recommendation for anything so please go easy on me if there is something like this)

This is already possible with an expression like Self.X + 10.
